Issei Hyodo is the main character of the anime series. He is voiced in Japanese by Yki Kaji and in English by Josh Grelle. He is a second-year student at Kuoh Academy who wants to be with pretty girls. Then, because of Rias Gremory, he turns into a devil. Then, he joins the school’s occult research club.
Rias Gremory is the second main character of the anime. Her Japanese voice is done by Yko Hikasa, and her English voice is done by Jamie Marchi. This girl is a devil who fights against the fallen angels.
Asia Argento’s voice was done by Azumi Asakura in Japanese and Leah Clark in English. She was a nun with healing powers. Later, though, she turns into a devil because a bad devil kills her. She likes Issei, but she’s jealous of the other women he’s interested in.
